Plain language, because that is how we do everything. This page explains what we collect when you take a Quadrant assessment, who sees it, and what your rights are.
The assessment measures how you naturally work and communicate: your DISC style plus five character measures like drive and coachability. It is not a medical, clinical, psychological, or intelligence test. There are no pass or fail scores, and no result is good or bad on its own.
Your name, email address, your answers, and the scores calculated from them. If you joined a talent pool, we also keep the details you chose to share, like your trade, region, and resume.
If you took the assessment through a link a company sent you (a job posting, a talent pool, or your employer's team link), that company sees your results, and so does Quadrant, which operates the platform. We do not sell your information or share it with anyone else.
The one-factor rule. Companies using Quadrant agree that assessment results inform hiring conversations: interview questions, onboarding, and team fit. Results are never the only basis for a hiring decision. A profile tells a company how you work, not whether you can do the work. That gets judged on experience, skills, references, and interviews, like it should be.
Your information is stored securely with our cloud database provider and is only accessible to the company you shared it with and to Quadrant. We keep it so your profile and history stay in one place; if you are in a talent pool, keeping it lets companies come back to you when a better-fitting role opens.
You can ask us at any time to show you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it completely. Email privacy@disc-quadrant.com and we will handle it promptly. Talent pool emails also carry a one-click removal link. If you are in Canada, these rights line up with PIPEDA, the federal privacy law.
Write to privacy@disc-quadrant.com. A human reads it.
